These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website 5v.lv and any purchase of products or services from 5V Digital, SIA (registration number 40203709424, VAT LV40203709424, registered address: “Tērces” – 1, Priedaine, Kurmāles pag., Kuldīgas nov., LV-3301, Latvia). By placing an order or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Seller”, “we”, “us” - 5V Digital, SIA. “Buyer”, “you” - any natural or legal person placing an order. “Goods” - electronic components, soldering equipment and related products listed on the website. “Services” - instrument cluster repair and component sourcing services.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices include 21 % Latvian VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in particular if the item is no longer in stock, has been mispriced, or there is reasonable suspicion of fraud. A binding sales contract is formed only after we send a written order confirmation.

3. Payment

Payment is processed via WooPayments and supports major credit/debit cards. Funds are charged at the time of order. For business buyers, bank transfer against an issued invoice may be available on request.

4. Delivery

Goods are dispatched from Latvia. Delivery times within the EU are typically 2–7 business days. International deliveries take 7–21 business days. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of receiving the Goods, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The right does not apply to goods made to the Buyer’s specifications, sealed goods unsealed after delivery, or goods that by their nature cannot be returned.

6. Warranty & conformity

All goods are sold as described. Components may include EOL (end-of-life) and NOS (new old stock) parts; these are tested where reasonably possible and sold “as-is”. Statutory consumer rights under Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law remain unaffected.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for the relevant Goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data or business interruption, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

All content on 5v.lv (logos, text, images, layout) is the property of 5V Digital, SIA or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Reuse without written permission is prohibited.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If not resolved, disputes shall be referred to the competent court of Latvia. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
