1. 14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a designated person) take physical possession of the goods.

2. How to return

1. Email info@5v.lv with your order number and a brief reason.
2. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely with all original packaging and accessories.
4. Ship it to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

3. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Components specifically sourced or pre-ordered for you.
• Sealed components where the seal has been broken.
• Goods that have been used, soldered, or modified.
• Custom repair services that have already started.

4. Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or differs from the description, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days using the original payment method. The refund covers the item price and original shipping cost (cheapest available option), in accordance with EU consumer law.
