Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

5V Digital, SIA ships from Kuldīga, Latvia, to all EU member states and to selected third countries on request. Contact us before ordering if your country is not listed at checkout.

2. Delivery times

Latvia: 1–3 business days.
Baltic states & Nordic: 2–5 business days.
Rest of EU: 3–7 business days.
Outside EU: 7–21 business days, customs may apply.

Times are estimates from the moment the order is dispatched. EOL/hard-to-find parts that need sourcing may take longer; we will advise on the order confirmation.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping may apply to orders above a threshold – see the cart for current promotions.

4. Carriers

We use Latvijas Pasts, DPD, Omniva and Latvijas Pasts Reģistrēta priece, depending on destination and weight. A tracking number is provided by email once dispatched.

5. Customs & duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees applied by their country.
